Shipping and Delivery Policy

At SWAGMANN, we work hard to deliver your item as soon as possible. Here is our delivery and shipping policy:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

– FREE standard shipping for orders over $150 (Subject to change at our discretion during promotion or sale periods. This will be advertised on the Swagmann website.)

– $15 standard shipping available for orders under $150

– $25 express shipping is available for all orders. Please check your emails and text messages for tracking info. (Sometimes these emails may get caught in your Spam folder.)

– If the postie or courier cannot deliver for whatever reason or it is deemed unsafe to leave at your address they may leave a card with an alternate delivery location (local Post Office or similar).

NEW ZEALAND:

– FREE shipping for orders over $150.00  (Subject to change at our discretion during promotion or sale periods. This will be advertised on the Swagmann website.)

– $25 flat rate international shipping for orders under $150.00 You will be contacted via our chosen delivery service for delivery requests.

INTERNATIONAL:

All items are express shipped.$30 AUD flat rate international shipping.

International Taxes & Customs Charges

Unfortunately, International taxes and customs charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/Customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Swagmann and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and Swagmann is not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.

Order Tracking

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order using the tracking number provided.  If the tracking link is not available, you can paste your tracking number into the search bar on the Australia Post tracking page by following the link below.
