SWAGMANN wants you to be delighted with every aspect of your purchase. We provide the following returns and exchanges policy in the event that you are not pleased for any reason:

Returns: Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return any items you don’t want for a complete refund. All items must be returned unused, with all tags attached, and with any packing still intact. The price of return postage is not covered by us.
Exchanges: Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may replace your items for a different size or colour. Please get in touch with us to set up an exchange; we’ll pay for delivering the replacement item to you.
Defective items: Within 14 days after receiving your order, you may return any defective or incorrectly stated products for a full refund or replacement. The cost of return postage will be covered by us.
Custom or personalised items: Unless the product is damaged or does not match the description, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised products.

Please get in touch with us and provide your order number and the reason for the return to start a return or exchange. You will receive more instructions on how to proceed from us.
